You Don't Know What You Don't Know

July 09, 20262 min read

Hello legends :)

Here are some notes from a recent coaching session:

Most people go through life hoping things will magically get better.

Better business.

Better health.

Better relationships.

More money.

Less stress.

But hope isn't a strategy.

Here's the reality:

You don't know what you don't know.

Think of everything you currently know as a small circle. Outside that circle is an infinite amount of knowledge, experience, skills and opportunities that you've never been exposed to.

The businesses that grow faster aren't always the smartest. They're simply the ones that keep learning.

Here's the formula:

Mindset → Habits → Transformation → Money.

If you can't change the way you think, you'll never change what you do.

If you don't change what you do every day, nothing changes.

Success isn't built through one heroic effort. It's built through tiny actions repeated consistently.

A great business is the result of great daily habits.

A great marriage is the result of great daily habits.

Great health is the result of great daily habits.

The question is:

What are you doing daily?

Most people spend their lives inside their comfort zone. Safe. Predictable. Familiar.

The problem?

There's zero growth there.

Growth happens when you make one tiny improvement every day. Read 10 pages. Make one extra sales call. Ask one better question. Learn one new skill.

Tiny Daily Improvements don't feel significant in the moment.

But compounded over weeks, months and years, they become life-changing.

One of my favourite reminders is this:

Smart people learn from everyone and everything.

Average people learn from their own experiences.

Stupid people already have all the answers.

The moment we believe we've got it all figured out, growth stops.

So here's your challenge this week:

Spend just 10 minutes each day learning something that could improve your life or your business.

Read.

Listen to a podcast.

Watch a training video.

Ask better questions.

Learn from someone who's already achieved what you want.

Because the quality of your future depends on the quality of what you feed your mind today.

You don't know what you don't know.

But you can start finding out.

Action Step:

Commit to 10 minutes of intentional learning every day for the next 30 days. Then watch how your thinking changes, your habits improve, and your results begin to compound.

See you inside The Business Gym.
