Two Minute Money Maker: Sales Fixes Cash. But Only If You Do This.

Notes from a recent coaching session:

Let’s stop dancing around it.

If your cash is tight… you don’t have a cash problem. You have a sales problem.

And if sales aren’t happening, it’s not the market, the economy, or your competitors.

It’s your daily habits.

Here’s the brutal truth most business owners avoid:

Your business right now is a direct result of what you do every single day.

Not what you intend to do. Not what you plan to do. What you actually do.

So if sales are down, the question isn’t “what strategy should I use?”


It’s:

“What are my daily sales habits?”

Now let’s fix it.

First, rewire this immediately:

Sales is not pushy. Sales is not annoying. Sales is service.

The customer pays for everything in your life. Your house. Your food. Your lifestyle.

No customer = no business.

So selling isn’t optional. It’s survival.

Second, install one non-negotiable habit:

The Golden Hour.

One hour. Every day. Phone on. Distractions off.

You make at least 10 dials. Minimum.

Not emails. Not “thinking about it.” Actual conversations.

Because sales is a numbers game:

  • Dials → Conversations → Opportunities → Sales

Do this daily and the pipeline fills. Don’t do it, and it dries up. Simple.

Third, follow up like your life depends on it.

Because it does.

90% of sales happen after the 5th follow-up. Most businesses don’t even do one.

So while they quit early… you win by staying in the game.

Call. Text. Email. Voice note. Repeat.

Relentless follow-up is where the money is.

Finally, focus on the fastest wins:

  • Existing customers (sell them more)

  • Old customers (reactivate them)

  • Referrals (ask every single time)

No ads needed. No fancy funnels.

Just discipline.

You don’t need a better strategy. You need better habits.

Do the work daily, and the results compound.

Ignore it, and nothing changes.
